Lookout Harbor is an acclaimed townhome-style condo complex in Wrightsville Beach, N.C., with community amenities such as a private swimming pool, walkways, dock, and boat slips. The property management company requested a complete overhaul of the property’s existing light system to increase light levels and enhance aesthetics and security.

The Southern Lighting team sought to update and refresh the Lookout Harbor property with a new and improved lighting system. We began by replacing 14 non-functional dock lights with new LED bulkhead fixtures. The nautical design of bulkhead lighting complimented the dock’s architecture and improved overall light levels. Next, we replaced all pathway light fixtures with new, high-efficiency composite LED Bollards. The bollards are durable and made to withstand wet conditions, making them the perfect solution for this coastal property. Replacing the antiquated lighting system of Lookout Harbor increased curb appeal by highlighting the beautiful coastal landscape and improving overall security.
